I work for a brokerage. We 100% made a mistake that most dispatchers and drivers would start throwing a fit about. Merim and David could’ve done the same. However they let us work on the problem and even when the outcome was less then desirable were 100% professional. I wish more drivers and dispatchers handled their business like these follks.. Kudos to them. Highly recommended!
